We will gladly accept any unworn, unused merchandise within 07 Days of purchase for an exchange.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to “Building 489, Block-K, PECHS, Islamabad.
We offer full amount credit voucher.
Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite Products from our website, and have a validity of 1 months from the date of issuance.
Alien Vogue’s decision regarding exchange will be final.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not exchangeable
